The Suzuki Swift is a supermini car made by Suzuki. This car has been in production since 1983, but the modern Swift has been produced since 2004. It started as a marketing and manufacturing rebadge of the Suzuki Cultus before being renamed Suzuki Swift. 

The first Suzuki Swift was marketed in the Japanese market as the Cultus and in other places as the Suzuki Forsa, Suzuki Swift, Chevrolet Sprint, Chevrolet Sprint, Maruti 1000, and much more. The global version of the Suzuki Swift was introduced at the Paris Motor Show in September 2014. 

The Suzuki Swift has been produced in different countries around the world, including Japan, Hungary, India, Malaysia, China, Pakistan, Ghana, Thailand, and Indonesia. Aside from production, this car has also been assembled in different countries, including Egypt and China.
