The Limited trim comes out at about $66,000, the Platinum pushes that price for an additional $6,000, the Capstone adds another $4,500 on top of that while the top-spec TRD Pro Sequoia starts at an immensely steep $78,000 which is almost twice the money for an entry-level Ford Edge.
The Sequoia powertrain is strictly hybrid which means that it offers a 3.4L turbo V6 paired with an electric motor for a combined output of 437hp and 583lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission and an optional AWD system (usually it’s just a RWD system). Thanks to a hybrid powertrain, the Sequoia offers 24MPG on the highway and 21MPG in the city which is more than good enough for its size and weight.
